Corporate Bio
Adminovation Technologies was formed in 1998 from the spin-off of a divison of a national Professional Employers
Organization. The company has since quickly emerged as an industry leader and pioneer in the Insurance
Automation space. We have developed one of the first completely Internet-driven policy management software systems that allow for full life-cycle data management of clients for major commercial lines of insurance.
As of 2004, Adminovation expanded the scope of the system to become fully flexible across almost all major lines of insurance, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Life Insurance, EPLI, Professional Employers Management, etc. We also have a fully-integrable, fully-customizable Internet-driven Document Imaging and archiving system that can function in conjunction with or independent of the policy management system and deliver office document management solutions across the Internet.
These new and innovative tools have carried Adminovation to the forefront
of
the Insurance Automation community. Today, Adminovation's software solutions are licensed by clients operating in California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida and Ohio, to meet their growing demand for efficient software solutions to facilitate accurate, efficient and fast work-flows.
In keeping with expansion and development plans and to continue further on our commitment to offering the best solutions to our customers, Adminovation entered into a partnership ( F & L General Partnership) with Steven LaRosa (a minority owner) in 2006.
CEO Bio
Greg Foutz the Company Founder and CEO also heads the development team and provides direction and work-flow to on-going product development. His vision and direction have brought the company to its current position in the martketplace. Ease of end-user experience is the staple of development and programming practice at Adminovation, and under Greg's leadership, the company has strived to provide for an intuitive, easy-to-use, fast and yet fully-functional software solution to the varied demands of the Insurance Industry.

Recent Milestones
June 2008: The Adminovation team has evolved the architecture of the Group Life Insurance module of the core Policy Management System to include fully-customizable rating and funding models across the entire life-insurance policy life-cycle. This is intended to make the Life Insurance module fully scalable, and flexible, while improving the profitability and manageability of the policy to the customer.
July 2007: The Adminovation team has successfully added lines of insurance to the core policy management system, including Group Life Insurance modules and fully functional and scalable Premium Financing management tools.
December 2006: Recently the team added a new set of tools to help manage the difficult enrolment process for the Medicare Advantage programs, in response to recent changes at the Federal Medicare level that almost privatized the coverages for Medicare beneficiaries.
The Adminovation team implemented the new enrollment system in under six months and as an extension to the current Policy Management architecture, with an optional integration with the DocWise document imaging tools and the full-feature Accounting Module.
